Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using the Trabz platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Trabz platform ("Platform"), including our mobile application, website, and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform. Trabz is operated by Trabz Technologies Inc., a company registered in the Republic of the Philippines.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Employer accounts must be created by an authorized representative of the company or organization.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify Trabz immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts. Trabz reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to: - Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings or profile information - Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users - Use the Platform for any illegal purpose - Attempt to access other users' accounts or data - Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Platform without authorization - Circumvent any security measures or access controls
5. Content and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Platform (profile information, job posts, messages). By submitting content, you grant Trabz a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Platform. The Trabz name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Trabz Technologies Inc. You may not use them without prior written permission.
6. Payments and Fees
Job searching and basic features are free for workers. Employer subscriptions and premium features are subject to the pricing listed on the Platform. All payments are processed through our authorized payment partners (GCash, Maya, credit/debit cards). Trabz does not store your full payment card information. Refunds are processed in accordance with our refund policy. Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has begun.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Trabz may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Trabz may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
8. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Trabz does not guarantee employment outcomes, the accuracy of job listings, or the conduct of other users. Trabz is a platform that connects workers and employers. We are not an employer, staffing agency, or recruitment firm. Employment relationships are between the worker and the employer.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, Trabz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Trabz's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Trabz in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Makati City, Metro Manila.
11. Changes to Terms
Trabz reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
